Face Tracking and Fitness Features

The TC Fitness app uses ARKit and the TrueDepth API to provide real-time guidance and feedback for facial exercises, face yoga, and facial fitness routines. This feature:

• Operates entirely on your device

• Does not collect, store, or transmit any facial data

• Does not share any face-related information with third parties

• Uses face tracking solely for real-time exercise feedback

• Automatically discards all face tracking data after each session 

We do not share any face data with third parties, as no such data is ever collected or retained.

Movement Tracking

The TC Fitness app uses Vision for real-time movement tracking to enhance the user experience by playing musical notes based on detected movements. This feature operates entirely on the user's device, and no movement data is collected, stored, or transmitted by the app. We do not use the TrueDepth API for any data collection, and no movement data is shared with third parties.

Transfer of Data 

Your information, including personal data, is not collected, and therefore not stored or transferred to any location.

Disclosure of Data 

Legal Requirements: Since we do not collect any personal data, we cannot disclose any.

Security of Data

 The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. However, as we do not collect personal data, this is not a concern for our users.

Service Providers

We do not employ third-party companies and individuals ("Service Providers") to facilitate our Service, provide the Service on our behalf, perform Service-related services, or assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.
